The distribution platform is engaged on the basis of our legitimate interests in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR and a data processing agreement pursuant to Article 28(3), first sentence, of the GDPR.

The distribution platform may use recipients’ data in pseudonymous form – i.e. without linking it to a specific user – to optimise or improve its own services, for example to improve the technical aspects of newsletter delivery and presentation, or for statistical purposes.
